Therefore, these nutrients are termed as ‘essential fatty acid’. Hundreds of studies have shown that diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes, abnormal heart rhythms and regulates your cholesterol triglyceride levels. Omega-3 fatty acids is also present in egg which is also one of the rich source.
