The Salon International de l’Agroalimentaire (SIAL), a food industry specific trade fair, is open to public from Oct 21 – 25 at the Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte. Reportedly, 7,020 companies from more than 109 countries are participating in this event held once in 2 years. The fair includes various sectors of the food processing industry, such as distribution, trade, food services, processing technology, etc. All kinds of food products, from ingredients through equipment to end products, will be on exhibit across 21 sectors.
